Armada Logics Hosts Free Online Coding Training for Educators

La Union, Philippines — Armada Logics recently held a three-day free online coding training event from July 8 to 10, 2024. Over 50 Filipino teachers and educators from prestigious schools and universities attended the training. The event was part of Armada Logics' commitment to enhancing technological education in the country and aimed to empower educators with advanced and industry-relevant skills.

The free online coding training was meticulously designed to ensure comprehensive coverage of essential tech industry topics. These included Advanced UI/UX and an Introduction to Emerging Technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. Selected Relevant Web Fundamentals were also covered. The curriculum aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices. It provides participants with hands-on experience and cutting-edge insights.

Training Feedback

The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, who praised the clarity of instruction and the relevance of the topics.

Ma’am Joyce B. from Marcial O. Rañola Memorial School highlighted the effectiveness of the instructors, stating, "The training was really insightful. In a span of 3 days, they were able to deliver the topics in the best way possible. The instructors did not just provide informative discussions, they also gave us several hands-on activities which significantly enhanced our learning experience." Ma’am Abegail A. from Pangasinan State University Alaminos City Campus found the training particularly beneficial, even with her limited background in HTML and CSS.

"As someone who already uses prompts on ChatGPT, I still learned new things about using it more effectively. I really have no background in HTML and CSS, but the speakers discussed the topic well, and I was able to understand it. The activities also helped in understanding the topics better," she shared.

Free Online Coding Training Update

The current coding training program, once conducted under Village 88, Inc. and 457 Avenue, Inc., is currently on hold. The program targets CS/IT/IS and Computer Engineering graduates and OJTs.
